This course will be using I-Learn 3.0(Brightspace), the university’s new learning management system. BYU–Idaho courses are transitioning to the new system in phases. By the Fall 2016 semester all courses offered at BYU–Idaho will be using the new learning management system.
There will be an adjustment period while you learn how to use I-Learn 3.0. The university has provided various resources to help you during the transition.
Help Resources:
- I-Learn 3.0 Tour: In your class on I-Learn 3.0, you will find a module called “I-Learn 3.0 Tour.” This module is a quick reference to help you learn how to use the new learning management system. I strongly encourage all students taking a class in I-Learn 3.0 to explore this module as they begin their studies.
- I-Learn 3.0 Website: Read answers to commonly asked questions and watch help videos on www.byui.edu/ilearn3/students
- Helpline: Call the BYU–Idaho Support Center with your questions between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.: (208)496-4611.
- Email Support: Email your questions to ilearn3help@byui.edu
- Hands-on Help: Every day from 9 a.m.–-4 p.m. for the first two weeks of the semester, a booth in the Manwaring Center (near the walkway to the library) will be available for individuals needing help with I-Learn 3.0. Stop by to get hands-on help and answers to your questions. Online students unable to visit the booth can email their questions to ilearn3help@byui.edu, or call the BYU-Idaho Support center at: (208)496-4611.
